Request a Return

Please use our RETURNS PORTAL and follow the directions below:

  1. Log in to your account using your email address and the six digit code sent to you via email
  2. Click the order number pertaining to the item(s) you are returning
  3. Select the items to return
  4. Select a return reason and add any additional notes 
  5. Click “Submit Request”
  6. Once we have processed your request you will receive an email with return shipping instructions and shipping label

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and or other order issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hello@themeaningsofthings if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
